A previous post in this blog Net Neutrality under pressure reproduced an article from ISOC Bulgaria's Veni Markovski's blog with a link to the original article that appeared in the Wall Street Journal.
The Wall Street article is challenged by Richard Whitt, Washington Telecom and Media Counsel in his blog post in the Google Public Policy blog . Richard Witt calls the Wall Street Journal article a "confused story" based on a "misunderstanding of the way in which open internet works" Here is a link to his post in the Google Public Policy blog
