Coffee on OneWebDay

On Sep 22, Isoc India Chennai celebrated OneWebDay meeting at a Coffee Shop with about 70 invitees, each sharing their first experience of the Internet and their vision of the future.

One WebDay was founded by Susan Crawford and held on September 22 every year since 2006, is a global event aimed at giving all participants in this unprecedented turn in human evolution that is the Internet a chance not only to celebrate it, but also to raise awareness of the importance of maintaining the open-networking principles that have made it the success it is.

There were more than 70+ guests present for the event . It was a  conversation on what everyone's first internet experience and their vision of the Internet in the future. There was a spectrum of great ideas discussed like capturing an individual’s health data right from one's bio break to browsing the internet at the speed of thought.
