The panel included Sebastien Bachollet of ISOC France now serving as Member, Board of Directors of ICANN At Large, Shrinivas Gudipudi, Director - Business Development at Tech Mahindra, Shankar Vridagiri, Manager, Global Network Operations at Sify and Shrinivas Chendi by remote participation from APNIC.
